Creamy blueberry flaxseed smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150 g (5½ oz) frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 16 g (½ oz) almond butter

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds, until creamy with no chunks left.
