Cookie dough pancakes

All the flavor of cookie dough, cooked in minutes in a skillet.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oat flour (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 25 g (1 oz) cookie or vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp egg whites (45 g / 1½ oz)
  • 120 g (4 oz) low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 square dark chocolate (10 g) — optional; no added sugar: sugar-free dark chocolate
  • olive oil, for greasing

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, protein powder, egg whites and yogurt until smooth.
  2. If you're using the chocolate, break it into small pieces and fold it into the batter.
