Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) plain coconut yogurt
  • 30 g (1 oz) walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • 1 small apple (120 g / 4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (10 g)

Method

  1. Spoon the coconut yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Coarsely chop the walnuts with a knife.
