Coconut yogurt bowl with nuts

Plain coconut yogurt topped with walnuts, almonds and berries.

Ingredients

  • 180 g (6½ oz) plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 20 g (¾ oz) walnuts — roughly chopped
  • 15 g (½ oz) almonds — roughly chopped
  • 8 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) fresh berries
  • 1 tsp honey (7 g)
  • orange zest, to taste

Method

  1. Spoon the coconut yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts and almonds with a knife.
