Values are for the first option listed in the ingredients; substitutions and variations change them. Carbs exclude fiber; energy uses the EU conversion factors (fiber at 2 kcal/g). Quantities and times are a starting point: adjust them to your taste. Two things don't change: poultry and ground meat must be cooked all the way through, and allergens — always check the labels.

Ready in 5 minutes, fresh and full of texture.

Rico's note: Coconut yogurt is great when you want something light that still feels like dessert. Leave the yogurt in the fridge overnight to thicken.

  • 200 g (7 oz) unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 100 g (3½ oz) assorted berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds (10 g)

Method

  1. Spoon the coconut yogurt into a deep bowl.
  2. Scatter the berries on top, whole or halved.
