Coconut water with lime

The fastest hydration there is — two ingredients, zero prep.

Rico's note: Drink this after long workouts in the heat, when plain water just doesn't taste like anything anymore.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml (1¼ cups) natural coconut water, no added sugar
  • ½ lime, juice only (15 g / ½ oz)
  • lime slices, for garnish

Method

  1. Pour the coconut water into a well-chilled glass.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over it and stir.
