Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) cooked red lentils
- 50 ml (3½ tbsp) coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric (3 g)
- 1 tsp ground cumin (2 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
- 3 tbsp oat flour (30 g / 1 oz)
- fresh cilantro — to serve
- plant-based yogurt, to serve — optional
Method
- Mash the cooked lentils with a fork into a coarse paste.
- Add the coconut milk, turmeric, cumin, garlic and oat flour.
