Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (90 g / 3¼ oz)
- 1 cup almond flour (100 g / 3½ oz)
- 1½ tbsp sugar (18 g / ¾ oz) — no added sugar: 2 tbsp erythritol (24 g)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (12 g)
- 1 pinch salt (1 g)
- 2 eggs (100 g / 3½ oz)
- 1 cup almond milk (240 g / 8½ oz)
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil (39 g / 1½ oz)
In the no-added-sugar version, eating too much erythritol or xylitol can have a laxative effect.
Method
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
