Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled (500 g / 1 lb)
- 200 ml (¾ cup) coconut milk beverage
- 2 tbsp agar-agar powder (16 g / ½ oz)
- 2 Medjool dates (48 g / 1¾ oz)
- ½ lemon, juice only (15 g / ½ oz)
- fresh mint, for garnish
Method
- Cut the mangoes into cubes, setting a few aside for garnish.
- Heat the coconut milk beverage with the agar-agar until it boils, stirring constantly.
