A vivid orange-colored juice with ginger, black pepper and olive oil.

Rico's note: A vividly colored juice to fit into a runner's routine — it tastes great after the longer runs.

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric (2 g)
  • 1 orange (190 g / 6½ oz)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (10 g)
  • ground black pepper — 1 pinch
  • ½ tsp olive oil (2.3 g)
