Braised chicken with bell peppers and olives

Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) chicken breast, diced
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), cut into strips (300 g / 10½ oz)
- 100 g (3½ oz) black olives
- 1 large onion, chopped (150 g / 5½ oz)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (9 g)
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes (80 g / 2¾ oz)
- 1 handful of oregano and thyme (5 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- water, as needed — if needed
Method
- Dice the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for 4 minutes.
