Ingredients

  • ½ small raw beet, peeled (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (10 g)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger, peeled (5 g)

Method

  1. Peel the beet and cut it into pieces.
  2. Run the beet and ginger through the juicer.
