Beet, orange and ginger juice
An intense juice, made for before a run or a workout.
Ingredients
- 1 medium raw beet (100 g / 3½ oz)
- 2 oranges (380 g / 13½ oz)
- 1 carrot (60 g / 2 oz)
- 1 piece fresh ginger, grated (10 g)
- ground cinnamon (0.5 g) — 1 pinch
Method
- Wash and peel the beet and cut it into small pieces.
- Run the beet, peeled oranges and carrot through the juicer, or blend and strain.
