Beef steaks stuffed with spinach
Thin steaks rolled around a creamy spinach and cheese filling.
Ingredients
- 4 lean beef steaks, ≈150 g each (600 g / 1¼ lb)
- 100 g (3½ oz) spinach
- 100 g (3½ oz) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced (5 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g / ¾ oz)
- salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder, to taste
Method
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and the minced garlic, until wilted. Season and let it cool a little.
- In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach with the reduced-fat cream cheese.
