Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado (200 g / 7 oz)
- 1 lemon, juice only (30 g / 1 oz)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (3 g)
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley (5 g)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork, leaving a few small chunks for texture.
- Add the lemon juice and minced garlic.
