Apple and dandelion green juice

A bittersweet juice with dandelion and ginger.

Rico's note: A good way back to your greens after a few days with more dinners out than usual.

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 1 cup fresh dandelion greens (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 lemon, juice only (30 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger, grated (5 g)
  • water, as needed — only if you use a blender

Method

  1. Wash the apples and dandelion greens well.
  2. Run the apples and dandelion greens through the juicer, or blend them with water and strain.
