Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 3 tbsp almond flour (24 g / ¾ oz)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour (8 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, or coconut oil (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp water, or plant-based milk (10 g)
  • ½ tsp baking powder (2 g)
  • salt, to taste

Method

  1. In a large microwave-safe mug, beat the egg with a fork.
  2. Add the olive oil, water and salt and stir well.
