Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) coconut yogurt
  • 2 kiwis (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 30 g (1 oz) sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 g)
  • fresh mint, to taste

Method

  1. Spoon the coconut yogurt into the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Peel the kiwis and cut them into rounds.
