Watermelon and strawberry juice

The most refreshing juice of the summer, with almost no work at all.

Rico's note: Make this when you have people over on a hot day — it's always the first thing to run out.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices watermelon, rind removed (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 6 fresh mint leaves (3 g)

Method

  1. Cut the watermelon into pieces, removing the seeds.
  2. Wash and hull the strawberries.
