Warm passion fruit and lavender juice
A warm juice with a quick infusion of edible lavender.
Ingredients
- 2 passion fruit, pulp only (100 g / 3½ oz)
- 1 tsp edible lavender flowers (0.5 g)
- 1 sweet apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
- 1 tsp honey (7 g)
- 200 ml (¾ cup) warm water
Method
- Steep the lavender flowers in the warm water for 5 minutes, then strain.
- Add the passion fruit pulp and the apple juice, juiced separately.
