Tutti-frutti papaya, strawberry and banana smoothie

Rico's note: Kids don't always love plain fruit, but this smoothie disappears from the glass in seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice papaya, peeled and seeded (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 5–6 strawberries, hulled (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • ½ banana (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 1 small package low-fat Greek yogurt (150 g / 5½ oz)

Method

  1. Peel the papaya and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Wash and hull the strawberries.
