A quick stir-fry with restaurant flavor, without leaving home.
Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) turkey breast, cut into strips
- 100 g (3½ oz) cooked brown rice
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips (120 g / 4 oz)
- 1 zucchini, cut into half-moons (200 g / 7 oz)
- 1 onion, cut into half-moons (60 g / 2 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (2 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g / ¾ oz)
- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce (15 g / ½ oz)
Method
- Cut the turkey and all the vegetables into strips of the same size, so they cook evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in the wok over high heat.
