Ingredients

  • 90 g (3¼ oz) gluten-free oat flour
  • 75 g (2¾ oz) rice flour
  • 1 tsp salt (6 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 80 ml (¼ cup) cold water — approximately

Method

  1. Heat the oven as hot as it will go, around 250 °C (480 °F), with a large baking sheet inside.
  2. Mix the flours with the salt.
