Shrimp and mango lettuce wraps

Fresh, quick and full of tropical flavor, ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango (180 g / 6½ oz) — weight of the pulp only
  • 1 medium avocado (150 g / 5½ oz) — weight of the pulp only
  • 9 lettuce leaves, romaine or butter (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ lime, juice only (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 10 g fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Season the shrimp with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (350 °F) and cook the shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until pink and cooked through.
