Ingredients

  • 80 g (2¾ oz) creamy Serra da Estrela cheese (Portuguese sheep's milk cheese)
  • 20 g (¾ oz) walnuts
  • 30 g (1 oz) dried figs
  • 1 tsp honey (10 g) — optional

Method

  1. Cut the Serra cheese into thick slices or chunks.
  2. Arrange them on a board or serving plate.
