Roasted cherry tomatoes with burrata

A 17-minute appetizer with an Italian trattoria feel.

Rico's note: When you have guests and want to impress without much work, this is a sure bet — nobody believes it was this easy.

Ingredients

  • 300 g (10½ oz) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ball of burrata (125 g / 4½ oz)
  • 1½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
  • fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • fleur de sel and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic reduction (10 g)

Method

  1. Put the whole cherry tomatoes in a bowl and season with olive oil and salt.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F).
