Ingredients

  • 2 rice cakes (16 g / ½ oz)
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) smoked salmon
  • ¼ avocado (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill (1 g)
  • lemon juice, to taste

Method

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork into a coarse purée.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado over the rice cakes.
