Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes (200 g / 7 oz)
  • 3 tbsp hummus (60 g / 2 oz)
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (5 g)

Method

  1. Wash the radishes and cut them into thin rounds.
  2. Arrange the rounds in a circle on a plate.
