Orange, carrot and turmeric juice

The golden version of the classic carrot and orange juice.

Rico's note: Swap ground turmeric for fresh in this juice — it takes a little more work, but you'll taste the difference.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oranges, peeled (200 g / 7 oz)
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 1 small piece fresh turmeric, peeled (10 g)
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Peel the carrot, oranges and turmeric.
  2. Run the carrot and turmeric through the juicer.
