Mango turmeric smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango (160 g / 5½ oz)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) coconut milk beverage
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric (1 g)
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • fresh ginger, grated, to taste (3 g)

Method

  1. Put the frozen mango, coconut milk beverage, turmeric, pepper and ginger in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and even.
