Pear, oats and flaxseed in a thick smoothie packed with fiber.

Rico's note: After a stretch of too many meals out, this is an easy smoothie to ease you back into your routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 pear (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 2½ tbsp rolled oats (25 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (10 g)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) reduced-fat milk
  • ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

  1. Cut the pear into pieces, skin on.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
