Ingredients

  • 135 g (5 oz) gluten-free oat flour
  • 56 g (2 oz) golden flaxseed meal
  • 48 g (1¾ oz) almond flour
  • 20 g (¾ oz) psyllium powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (12 g)
  • 1 tsp salt (6 g)
  • 4 eggs (200 g / 7 oz)
  • 240 ml (1 cup) warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (30 g / 1 oz)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease the loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well, so the psyllium is evenly distributed.
