Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (30 g / 1 oz)
  • ½ cup pineapple, fresh or frozen (75 g / 2¾ oz)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (2 g)

Method

  1. Wash the spinach well.
  2. Put the spinach, pineapple, plant-based milk and ginger in the blender.
