Ginger, lemon and honey concentrate
A strong, spicy concentrate with ginger, lemon and honey.
Ingredients
- 5 cm (2 in) fresh ginger (30 g / 1 oz)
- 3 lemons, juice only (90 g / 3¼ oz)
- 2 tbsp raw honey (40 g / 1½ oz)
- cayenne pepper — 1 pinch
- 1 clove garlic (5 g)
Method
- Grate the ginger very finely and press it through a strainer to extract just the juice.
- Combine the lemon juice and the ginger juice.
