Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (3 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (3 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (3 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (10 g)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Finely chop all the herbs.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the herbs.
