Cocoa, spinach and almond smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 handful of almonds (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 2 dates, pitted (25 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 small handful fresh spinach (20 g / ¾ oz)

Method

  1. Pit the dates, if they still have their pits.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
