Chicken strips with bell peppers and red onion

Ingredients
- 300 g (10½ oz) chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips (120 g / 4 oz)
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips (120 g / 4 oz)
- 1 red onion, cut into half-moons (120 g / 4 oz)
- 1½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (15 g / ½ oz)
- 1 tsp ground cumin (2 g)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (2 g)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
- Cut the chicken, bell peppers and onion into strips of a similar size.
- Season everything together with the olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
