Chamomile and apple bedtime juice
A warm juice to sip before bed, with honey and nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strong chamomile tea (240 g / 8½ oz)
- 2 sweet apples (300 g / 10½ oz)
- 1 tsp honey (7 g)
- nutmeg (0.3 g) — 1 pinch
Method
- Brew a strong chamomile tea and let it cool until lukewarm.
- Juice the apples, or blend them and strain.
