Apple cinnamon baked oats

Pieces of sautéed apple hidden in fluffy baked oats.

Rico's note: On colder days this tastes almost like apple pie — and you can eat it with your hands on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (50 g / 1¾ oz)
  • 60 g (2 oz) low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 30 g (1 oz) cookie-flavored oat flour
  • 25 g (1 oz) cookie-flavored protein powder — or 20 g oat flour + sugar to taste
  • 1 apple (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • ground cinnamon, to taste

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, yogurt, oat flour and protein powder until you have a smooth batter.
