Ingredients
- 100 g (3½ oz) unsweetened açaí pulp
- ½ frozen banana (60 g / 2 oz)
- 50 ml (3½ tbsp) coconut milk beverage
- ½ banana, sliced, to decorate (30 g / 1 oz)
- 2 tbsp gluten-free granola (20 g / ¾ oz)
- 10 g shredded coconut
Method
- Blend the açaí pulp, frozen banana and coconut milk beverage until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides of the jar if needed.
- Pour into a bowl.
