Turkey rolls with mustard and cucumber

A light, handy snack to take anywhere.

Rico's note: Pack these for a work lunch when you don't want anything heavy — they take the edge off hunger without weighing you down.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices turkey breast cutlets (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 3 lettuce leaves (15 g / ½ oz)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (5 g)
  • 1 handful of cucumber, cut into thin sticks (40 g / 1½ oz)

Method

  1. Lay the turkey slices on a cutting board and spread each one with a little Dijon mustard.
  2. Place a lettuce leaf and a few cucumber sticks at one end.
