Ingredients
- 100 g (3½ oz) mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia)
- 5 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 g ground turmeric
- 2 g ground cumin
- 2 g sweet paprika
- fine sea salt, to taste
Method
- In a bowl, toss the seeds with the olive oil, turmeric, cumin, sweet paprika and salt until well coated in the spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C (340 °F).
