Sliced peaches with fresh mint

The most refreshing summer snack there is, in two minutes.

Rico's note: Make this when peaches are perfectly ripe and you don't want to mask their flavor with anything else.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches (300 g / 10½ oz)
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves (3 g)
  • ¼ lemon, juice only (7 g) — optional

Method

  1. Wash the peaches well, pit them and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Arrange the slices on a plate or in a bowl.
