Ingredients
- 300 g (10½ oz) golden flaxseed meal
- 200 g (7 oz) sunflower seed flour
- 200 g (7 oz) pumpkin seed flour
- 150 g (5½ oz) sesame flour
- 150 g (5½ oz) psyllium husk powder
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, sunflower seed flour, pumpkin seed flour, sesame flour and psyllium.
- Mix very well — the psyllium is what binds this bread together.
