Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 1 cup rice flour (150 g / 5½ oz)
  • ½ cup sweet cassava starch, polvilho doce (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 1 tsp salt (6 g)
  • 2 tsp baking powder (8 g)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano, thyme and rosemary (3 g)
  • 2 eggs (100 g / 3½ oz)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (245 g / 8½ oz)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (30 g / 1 oz)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease the pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flours, cassava starch, salt, baking powder and herbs.
