Ingredients

  • 150 g (5½ oz) unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (4 g)
  • 1 handful of berries (60 g / 2 oz)
  • orange zest, to taste — optional

Method

  1. Spoon the soy yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
