Ingredients

  • 300 g (10½ oz) almond flour
  • 300 g (10½ oz) chickpea flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) quinoa flour
  • 200 g (7 oz) flaxseed meal

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, chickpea flour, quinoa flour and flaxseed meal.
  2. Mix very well until evenly blended.
