Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour (120 g / 4 oz)
- 1 cup sweet cassava starch, polvilho doce (120 g / 4 oz)
- ½ cup almond flour (50 g / 1¾ oz)
- 1 tsp salt (6 g)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (12 g)
- 1 medium onion, chopped or grated (150 g / 5½ oz)
- 3 eggs (150 g / 5½ oz)
- ⅓ cup olive oil (73 g / 2½ oz)
- ½ cup plant-based milk (120 g / 4 oz) — optional, only if the dough is dry
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease a pan.
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, cassava starch, almond flour, salt and baking powder.
