Oatmeal with kiwi and walnuts

Rico's note: On the last day of any plan, treat yourself a little more — the walnuts make all the difference.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp gluten-free oats (40 g / 1½ oz)
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) reduced-fat milk
  • 1 kiwi, sliced into rounds (70 g / 2½ oz)
  • 15 g (½ oz) chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Put the oats and milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring now and then.
  2. Cook for 6–7 minutes, until it's as thick as you like.
