Oat and banana cookies

Cookies with no flour and no added sugar, made with just banana, oats and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (200 g / 7 oz)
  • 150 g (5½ oz) rolled oats
  • 50 g (1¾ oz) chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds (20 g / ¾ oz)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (2 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
  • 1 pinch salt (1 g) — pinch
  • 20 g (¾ oz) raisins — optional

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Mash the bananas well with a fork until puréed.
